Checkout

The Checkout page in the Norce Commerce admin opens the Norce Checkout (NCO) admin portal in a new tab. You are logged in automatically — no separate login is required.

The Norce Checkout portal has its own interface with modules in the left-hand navigation:

  • Home — dashboard overview
  • Orders — view and manage checkout orders
  • Cards — saved payment cards
  • Configurations — set up and manage checkout configurations
  • Events — logs and transaction history for debugging

Channels

In the top right corner, click the Norce Commerce icon to switch between Norce Checkout channels or create new ones. Channels here are Norce Checkout sales channels — separate from product feed channels elsewhere in the admin.

Creating a new channel requires naming it and configuring its checkout settings.

Who uses this

  • Developers and solution architects use configurations to set up checkout flows and adapters.
  • Operations and support use the events, logs, and transaction views to debug failed payments and trace order issues.
