Set up Norce Commerce

This is a guide on what is needed to set up a brand new Solution using Norce Commerce.

This guide is aimed at architects, developers, and super users who need a birds-eye view on all the different configurations and business logic that must be set up prior to using Norce Commerce.

Overview

Norce Commerce can be configured for many different business processes and uses, below we describe how to set up all the different business rules and configurations that is possible.

To make it easier to set things up, Norce provides a couple of different Templates or Sample Clients, that are use cases that can act as a start off point for clients that are have similar requirements.

Every configuration guide will give information on how to set up its the function for the different templates.

The rest of this document points to different setup guides that goes into depth on what is needed to be done for each function in Norce Commerce.

1 Core configurations, applications, markets, brands

1.1 Create a client The initial creation of a new client in Norce sets up an empty client on all environments. A client must have at least one application, so one application is always set up in the same step none
