Overview
Norce Commerce Query API v2.0 is now deprecated. Query API v3.0 is available in parallel and is the direct replacement.
Query API v3.0 is built on an updated data model aligned with the current Norce Commerce platform and resolves several long-standing inconsistencies in the v2 contract. Core query functionality remains available.
All integrations using /commerce/query/2.0 should plan a migration to /commerce/query/3.0 before the End of Support date.
Impact
This deprecation affects:
- Partners and customers with integrations that call Norce Commerce Query API.
- Storefronts, backend services, and data pipelines using the
/commerce/query/2.0base URL.
Existing implementations are expected to continue working until End of Life. After End of Support, Query API v2.0 will no longer receive bug fixes, security updates, or technical support from Norce.
Most migration effort is expected to be structural (format, metadata, and data model alignment) rather than functional.
