Price list population.

1 = Exclude (All products are excluded from parent price list. Select what categories and manufacturers to include.)
2 = Include (All products are include from parent price list. Select what categories and manufacturers to exclude.)

PriceListPopulationAllCategories

Specifies population rules for all categories.

RuleTypeinteger(int32)required

1 = None (Removes all rules if any exists.)
2 = Manufacturers
3 = Flags

RuleCodesArray of strings

Identifier codes for Manufacturers or Flags depending on type.
Is required if type is Manufacturers or Flags.
Is ignored if other type is used.
