Supplywise summary

Background

Pitch

Supplywise is a larger B2B player from the traditional business space, that is “stuck” in an older technical platform and is also interested in the new possibilities a digital presence makes possible.

Challenges

When coming to Norce, Supplywise had started their online strategy by using other systems and platforms and, after an initial success they have been getting stuck in a technical spider web of problems. As they moved to a more mature platform, like Norce’s they takes great advantage of the built in retail functionality, its api-based architecture to both use and extend the rich functionality that exists.

Goals

  • Automations for fast roll out of new and changes to assortments and offerings
  • Keeping control of business processes
